Are you insured?
Yes - we carry full public liability and employer's liability insurance. We're happy to email a copy of the certificate before any work starts. Just ask.
What's covered by the guarantee?
For roof replacements, we offer a full 25-year workmanship guarantee. For repair jobs, the guarantee is 12 months. In both cases, if something goes wrong because of how we fitted it, we come back and put it right at no cost. Materials are covered separately by the manufacturer's warranty.
What if there's bad weather during the job?
We weather-watch every job and only do work we can finish or protect the same day. We've never had a customer's home damaged by weather mid-job.
Do you work outside Northamptonshire?
Our core area is Northamptonshire, Northampton, Brackley, Daventry, Towcester and surrounding villages. We can occasionally take jobs further afield - best to call and check.
Do I need to pay anything up front?
For repairs, no - you pay on completion once you're happy. For larger replacement jobs we ask for a materials deposit (typically 25%) once the job is booked, then the balance on completion.
